Analytical Stations
We offer a specialized range of Discharge Monitoring Solutions including Cloud Data Provision - These systems are pre-built , in house and pre-tested before being installed onsite. Thia makes our solutions competitive and allows us offer more features as standard including protective corners stips, custom signage, beacon & klaxon and emergency dial out devices. These are but a few features of our large enclosure for TOC monitoring stations.
External Features
The Outside of our Large Enclosures ( VR14 ) are supplied with stainless steel corner guards, stainless steel hinges and locks. The unit has custom signage and a klaxon-beacon for early and visual warning. The side walls are vented with stainless steel vent covers. The main door contains a schnieder viewing window with a Hmi . This ensures no one needs open the enclosure to view any parameter being measured. Diagnostics is quite easy without opening the main door. Only trained service personnel should work on the inside of the enclosure. These units are pre-built and require only a plinth and a mains powered isolator and can be up operating within hours of delivery to the discharge location.
What's Inside
The Inside of this TOC Analysing station comes complete with fully timbered and painted interior and pvc floor. All cables where ever practical are contained within white conduit and glanded at each Analyser point and the electrical distribution centre. The Sample tanks are custom made in stainless steel and sample extraction and provision is via a Maxx pressure vacuum sampler. This interior is now standard for all our TOC and Nutrient Analyser Stations. The system includes an APC unit to ensure data is continaully uploaded to the cloud during a power outage, it also contains an emergency dial out device to ensure power failure or system off-line niotifcations are sent to the relevant maintenace personnel.
Extraction and Control
We offer Sample extraction and measurement & control systems that we build into large enclosures ( VR13 ) These systems are ideal where chamber extraction is required. The extraction system draws a sample and delivers it to the measurement sensors and controls the opening and closing of a discharge oe directional control valve. In most cases we supply the full solution to include the Sample Extraction System , the Measurement Sensors and the Control Valve. These systems are modular and can be tailored to each custmers needs.
Sample Delivery Units - SDU
The Sample Delivery Unit or SDU is a system includes an Air pump mechanism to extract a sample, it also has a flush cycle and purge cycle and rarely suffers from downtime or blockages, it has a compressor monitoring function to ensure the compressor does not get over worked or does not over heat. The system is PLC controlled and draws a sample from a chamber ensuring a good mixture and representative sample is achieved. This system operates well in an Atex chamber or where a chemical-water mixture occurs as it prevents floating and poor sampling.
